Refund policy

At ACM, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions, timelines, and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders delivered across Lebanon.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In the same condition as received (unused and uninstalled)
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Items not in their original packaging or missing parts/accessories
  • Special orders or custom/personalized items (when applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discounted clearance price (when stated)
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing or before requesting a return.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest option is to request a return (if eligible). After the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will guide you on the best solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at anthony@alalamcm.com.

ACM reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
